Notice: interaction with an AI system

An AI-powered contact assistant is planned for this website but is currently not in productive operation. No internal AI governance approval has been granted yet. Therefore, no AI interaction is currently offered on this website and no connection to Botpress is established.

Purpose and limits

After a future governance approval, the assistant is intended solely to provide general initial information on AI governance, the EU AI Act, processes and the services of ki-beratung.st. Until this approval, the function is technically disabled.

Data minimisation

The chat is currently not available and is technically not loaded. For a later approval, data minimisation, permitted input data, retention periods and data flows must be defined bindingly and documented before going live.

Governance notice

The AI chatbot remains disabled until internal approval has been documented. Before going live, in particular the purpose, roles and responsibilities, risk assessment, data protection, data flows, provider and model configuration, human escalation, testing, monitoring and approval criteria must be documented and approved.
